Irish Community Care is based in Liverpool and delivers services across the North West. Our mission is to ensure well informed empowered and vibrant Irish communities.

We are a leading participant in the provision of support, information & guidance to ensure our communities stay safe, well and connected and achieve their goals and ambitions. We have been proudly supporting Irish Communities for over 50 years.

ICC is a passionate and dynamic organisation and is always there to help. This was highlighted by the immediate response to the COVID-19 crisis. Irish Community Care set up CARA Irish Communities Together through COVID-19 bringing organisations together from across the North West of England to deliver a dedicated COVID-19 response service. CARA (meaning ‘friend’ in Irish) is providing a vital helping hand and listening ear to people who are particularly vulnerable during the pandemic i.e. those who are self-isolating, older, in poor physical or mental health; managing caring responsibilities and job loss, living alone far from family and friends.
