Carla Stockton Jones
UK Managing Director | Strategic Leadership
Carla's recently held post was UK Managing Director for Stagecoach Group. She joined the company as Regional Director in February 2020, after holding senior positions with Sky since 2012. She was promoted to UK Managing Director in November 2020.
Carla led Stagecoach’s business transformation plans and COVID-19 recovery strategy. This included engagement with the Department for Transport over the sector’s transition out of the pandemic.
Carla has a proven track record in retail and service roles across a range of highly competitive sectors. She has a passion for delivering large-scale transformation programmes, fostering innovation and best practice ways of working delivering consistent results.

Aileen Wiswell MBE
Vice Chairperson
Aileen has had a long career in the Civil Service spanning over 41 years working in many roles and many different departments. She currently works for the Cabinet Office Estates team with the responsibility of move/exit plans across Central London buildings.

Theresa Grant OBE
Theresa CEO, Advisor, Consultant. Theresa was former interim Chief Executive at Liverpool City Council. Leading and stabilising a complex public sector organisation.
Theresa had a local government career spanning over four decades in both Ireland and the United Kingdom, with 12 years as CEO.

Eimear Maguire
Eimear is Co-Founder and Director of the Cheshire-based family law firm established in 2010.
Eimear was responsible for the strategic growth of the firm to three sites across Manchester and Cheshire.
